Testing & Verification
Aerodynamic Performance Testing
All fan models are tested per ISO 5801 (Industrial fans — Performance testing using standardized airways) in our AMCA-accredited test chambers. Airflow (m3/h), static pressure (Pa), shaft power (W), and efficiency are measured at 10+ operating points to generate full fan curves. Test uncertainty: ±1.5% on airflow, ±2% on pressure.
Sound Power Level Measurement
Acoustic testing follows ISO 13347 (Industrial fans — Determination of fan sound power levels) in a hemi-anechoic chamber. Sound power levels (Lw) and sound pressure levels (Lp at 1m free field) are reported in A-weighted decibels across 1/3 octave bands from 50 Hz to 10 kHz.
EC Motor Efficiency Verification
Motor efficiency is measured per IEC 60034-30-2 at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% load points. EC motors in our catalog achieve IE4 (Super Premium) or IE5 (Ultra Premium) efficiency class at rated speed. Test reports include input power, shaft torque, speed, and calculated efficiency at each point.
Free Sample Testing Program
OEM customers evaluating fans for new product integration can request up to 3 sample units for in-application testing. We provide test fixture recommendations and a standardized measurement template for comparing our fans against your current solution under identical system conditions.
